Infrastructure as a product: versioned manifests, predictable releases, observability down to application metrics — not just a green ping.

Delivery and security

GitOps and CI/CD so production does not depend on “who remembers how we shipped last time.” DevSecOps — SonarQube, Trivy, policy in the pipeline, not “we will look at security later.”
